This Seller Agreement applies to anyone posting a listing on BextBuyz, whether registered as an Individual or a Business account, in addition to the general Terms of Service.
Every listing must have an accurate title, description, price, condition, category, and valid contact details. New listings are reviewed before going live. BextBuyz may reject or remove a listing that is inaccurate, prohibited, or otherwise violates these terms, and will let you know the reason.
Sellers may spend credits to boost a listing’s visibility for a chosen duration. Boosts are non-refundable once applied.
If you sell digital products, you confirm that you own or have the right to distribute any file, license, or code you upload, and that it is safe and functions as described. You are responsible for keeping your code inventory stocked and your uploaded file current.
BextBuyz retains a 2% commission on every digital product sale. If you sell a digital item for 1,000 QR (converted to credits), BextBuyz’s commission is 20 QR and you are owed 980 QR. This is calculated automatically and shown in your Dashboard.
Digital-sale earnings are intended to be paid out on the 28th of each month, based on your outstanding balance since your last payout. You must provide a payout method and account details in your Dashboard before a payout can be sent. Payouts are processed manually by BextBuyz — marking a payout as sent in the system does not itself transfer funds; it is a record that the transfer was completed separately.
Physical items are exchanged directly between you and the buyer (for example, cash on pickup or delivery). BextBuyz does not process payment or take a commission on these transactions and is not a party to them.
You must provide a working contact number and WhatsApp number, and respond to buyer inquiries in good faith through the phone, WhatsApp, or chat channels BextBuyz provides.
You may not list counterfeit, stolen, illegal, or dangerous goods, or digital content you do not have the right to distribute.
BextBuyz may suspend your ability to list or sell if you violate this Agreement.
