Physical items are sold directly between buyer and seller — typically exchanged in person, with payment such as cash on pickup. Because BextBuyz is not a party to these transactions, refunds, returns, and disputes over physical goods are between the buyer and seller. If a seller is behaving fraudulently, please report it to BextBuyz so we can take action on their account.
Digital products are delivered instantly — either as a downloadable file or a one-time code — as soon as payment with credits is confirmed. Because delivery is immediate and the content can be copied or used right away, digital purchases are final once delivered, except as described below.
If a downloaded file is corrupted or does not match its listing, or a code does not work, contact BextBuyz with your order details. We will work with the seller to re-issue a working file or code, or refund the credits spent, at our discretion.
Credits purchased with real money are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law. Credits do not expire.
