By creating an account or using BextBuyz, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
You must be of legal age in your country of residence to create an account and buy or sell on BextBuyz.
Accounts are created and accessed using an email address only. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Sellers register as either an Individual or a Business account.
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including title, description, price, condition, and category. New listings are reviewed before they go live; BextBuyz may approve, reject, or remove any listing at its discretion, including listings that violate these Terms or applicable law.
BextBuyz uses an internal credit system, purchased with real money, used to boost listing visibility and to buy digital products. Credits have no cash value outside the platform and are non-refundable except where required by law.
Some listings deliver a digital file or a one-time code instantly after payment with credits, instead of an in-person exchange. Sellers are solely responsible for having the right to distribute any digital file or code they upload. Purchases of digital products are generally final once delivered — see the Refund Policy.
BextBuyz charges a 2% commission on digital product sales, deducted before payout to the seller. Physical-goods transactions are arranged directly between buyer and seller (for example, cash on pickup) and BextBuyz does not charge a commission on those exchanges.
BextBuyz provides a phone number, WhatsApp link, and on-platform chat so buyers and sellers can communicate. Email addresses are never shared with other users and are only accessible to BextBuyz administrators.
You may not list illegal, stolen, counterfeit, or dangerous items; misrepresent yourself or your listings; attempt to circumvent the credit or commission system; or use the platform to harass, defraud, or abuse other users.
For physical items, BextBuyz is a venue that connects buyers and sellers. BextBuyz is not a party to the sale itself and is not responsible for the condition, delivery, or legality of items exchanged between users.
BextBuyz may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at its discretion.
BextBuyz is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, BextBuyz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
BextBuyz may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
